The business climate in EU is stronger now than in 2019 before COVID

For EU BCI increased 11,9 points since Jan 2019 with low point of -30 in April 2020,. Sweden has recovered since 2020 and is on  26,3 with is second highest notation since Jan 2019. Spain, though lower than EU average has the highest numbers since Jan 2019 and is recovering with positive outlook since the dip in 2020.
